Judith Elizabeth Knappenbeger Brennan Brownfield was born July 28, 1938 in Sapulpa to Judy Beth Berry and William Knappenberger. She passed away Jan. 7, 2004 in Dallas.
She was the granddaughter of the late Mrs. James D. Berry, of Sapulpa, and the late Mrs. William Knappenberger. Her early years were spent in New York City where she attended Friends Seminary and Tarry-Town-on-the-Hudson. She moved to California and graduated from North Hollywood High. Judy studied at the University of Oklahoma, where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority. For the last 40 years, she had resided in Dallas and was in the advertising business. Before retiring 10 years ago, she was associated with Bozell Jacobs.

Survivors include her aunt, Mrs. James D. Berry; cousins, Beverly Berry Bogel and her husband Mike, Jim Berry and his wife Carolyn and Bob Berry, all of Dallas, and Mrs. Guy L. Berry Sr., of Sapulpa, and Mrs. F.A. Sewell Sr., of Clinton, along with many friends and a host of Oklahoma family. A memorial service at First Presbyterian Church in Sapulpa.
