Anna S. Klunk, of McSherrystown, entered into God's eternal care February 17, 2010, in New Oxford.

Born September 18, 1927, in Hanover, she was the daughter of the late John and Myrtle (Groft) Staub.

Anna retired from Hanover Shoe Co. after 20 years of service.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Basilica in Edgegrove, the Irishtown Fire Co. ladies auxiliary, and the Catholic War Veterans ladies auxiliary in Bonneauville.

Anna was the wife of Leon J. 'Doodles' Klunk, who died January 20, 2006, and is survived by two sons, Stephen Klunk and wife, Barbara of Hanover, and Gary Klunk and wife, Susanne of McSherrystown; three grandchildren, Mindy Klunk, Troy Klunk and wife, Danielle, and Jennifer Harris and husband, Curtis; three great-grandchildren; and one sister, Joan Riser of New Oxford.

She was preceded in death by five brothers, Clyde, Carroll, Raymond, Earl, and John Staub; and by four sisters, Marguerite Stuller, Lillian Stuller, Ethel Felix, and Mary Keefer.

Interment was in Sacred Heart Basilica, Edgegrove.
