Born in Swissvale, a daughter of the late Roy and Ruth V. Wallover Klingensmith. She was a retired secretary and bookkeeper for Rodgers Printing Co., Irwin, and a member of North Irwin Women's Club. She attended First United Methodist Church, Irwin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Copeman; a daughter, Judith Ann Scherff; and two sisters, Betty Wentzel and Miriam Hardy.
