"KITSON, SARAH, died at home of her daughter, Mrs. William Aspinall Thursday evening. She was born January 11, 1843, and was age 73. Married August 1881 (sic. 1861) in Manchester, England, William Jepson Kitson, came to the U.S. in 1864 landing in Portland, Maine, then came to Weston. Mayor of Weston, Geo. H. Kitson was a son. Other children. Mrs. J. H. Brewster, Mrs. Wm. Aspinall, Ernest J., Roy, Geo. H., and Ralph Kitson of Denver, Colorado, Mrs. Geo. Lynch, Springfield, Ohio, and Mrs. Boyd Horner of Clarksburg."

Leaves six sons and four daughters. George H., Mayor of Weston; Thomas H. of Okla.; Arthur of Ohio; Ralph of Mich.; Roy and Ernest J. Kitson of Weston; Mrs. George C. Lynch of Springfield, Ohio; Mrs. Wm. H. Aspinall, and Mrs. James H. Brewster of Weston; and Mrs. Boyd E. Hornor of Clarksburg. Funeral at St. Paul's Episcopal Church Sunday. Interment at Machpelah cemetery...."
