Olney Advocate November 18, 1937: Funeral services for Charles W. Kinkade, 81, who died at his home in Parkersburg, Sunday morning, were held from the home at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon with the Rev. Cullison officiating. Interment was made at the Oak Hill cemetery.
Mr. Kinkade, born in Richland county on August 23, 1856, was the son of Joseph and Mary Ann Kinkade. He was united in marriage with Miss Cora Barnes on October 26, 1897.
Surviving him are his wife, a brother, Robert Kinkade, and one sister, Mrs. G.W. Hall, both of Cherryville, Kansas.
