Philomena was the mother of eight children and was preceded by her parents, her husband of 58 years, John Sr., her son John Jr., three brothers and two sisters. She will be missed by her seven surviving children, 29 grandchildren, and 27 great-grandchildren.
She was loved and admired by many with whom she lived and worked. From 1951 to 1962 she worked side by side with her husband in his law practice and abstract company. In the latter years she was the office manager of the Adel Abstract Company where she continued full time until her retirement at age 75.
While she will be missed, her family knows full well that she has entered into a glorious reunion, a new life and rewards too numerous to contemplate
