Carol King died at the young age of 45. He was married to Brenda Gayle Daniels and the father of Jeffrey King. Uncle Carol became a father late in life and never really got to see he son grow up. He was the youngest child of Marion Benjamin King and Estelle Eldridge. He served in a MASH unit in the Korean War. My uncle was a sweet loving person and he dearly loved his mother and siblings. When I was younger I would spend several weeks with my grandmother during which time my uncle taught me to ride a bike, took me to the movies and helped my grandmother look after me. The hardest thing I ever had to do was call my mother and tell her that her baby brother had passed away. We both share the same first name, I hope I was named after him. Carol Rigsbee
