MARY M. HIGH, 81, of Memphis, died Friday at St. Francis Hospital after a long illness. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel with burial in Memory Hill Gardens Cemetery.
She was a member of Raleigh Baptist Church, Raleigh Saddle Club and Tennessee Quarter Horse Association.
Mrs. High, the widow of Harry O. High, leaves three sons, Irvin H. McGroom and Harry O. High Jr., both of Memphis, and Russell E. McGroom of Snow Lake, Miss.; a sister, Edith Marie McRae of Memphis; a brother, Albert King of Tipton County, Tenn., six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
