Grandma Angle Passes on at Age of Eighty-Three

Mrs. Maria Kincaid Angle passed away at her home here at the age of 83 years, seven months and two weeks. She had been a semi-invalid most of her life but illness that finally took her came in August and she was too old to rally from it.

She was born in Pike County, Illinois, her husband John Angle, passed away in 1918 and she came to Dos Palos where lived her two sons, Warren and Elmer. For a while her daughter, Maude Kettleson, lived with her until she passed away a couple of years ago.

Mrs. Angle enjoyed being near her two sons and her numerous grandchildren so that she was never lonely. Besides her sons, Warren and E. K., who live in Dos Palos, she had one son Harvey, who lives in Pueblo, Colorado, and a son Carson who lives in Berkeley. She also had 16 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held in the Christian church with Rev. S. A. Nesbit in charge. Interment was in the local cemetery.
