MYRTLE BARTHELEMY -
Funeral for Myrtle Kimes Barthelemy, 94, of 1214 Sherman St. SE will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Brown Service Funeral Home with Dr. Bob Carpenter officiating.

Burial will be in Roselawn Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends tonight from 5 to 8 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Barthelemy died Monday at Medical Park Convalescent Center. She was a Mississippi school teacher and home demonstrator until 1943, a charter member of Trowelers Garden Club, member of Central Baptist Church where she taught the Mizzah Sunday School class and was active in all mission work, president of WMU and was owner of Luzzane Cafe until her retirement.

She is survived by 13 nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Royce Wood, Russell Smith, Greer Black, T.L. Britt, Edwin Davidson and L.M. Hill.
