Patricia Ann Kilpatrick Hynes of Lexington, SC went to be with the Lord Jan 11, 2014, at Lexington Medical Center. A resident of Lexington since 1990, she was born Sep 9, 1951, in Biloxi, MS, at Keesler AFB and grew up in Panama City, FL. She received her degree in nursing and was a registered nurse. She was loved by her family, patients, and others who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Richard Leon Kilpatrick of Huntsville, AL, and Maggie McLemore Unkrich of Panama City, FL.

She is survived by her husband, Peter Hynes of Lexington, SC; daughter, Jennifer Hood Owens of Irmo, SC; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Missy Hood of Great Falls, SC; grandsons, Nicholas Hood and Chase Owens; and granddaughter, Addison Hood. She is also survived by her father and mother-in-law, Matthias and Norma Jean Hynes of LightHouse Point, FL; sister and husband, Phyllis and Stephen Kalifeh of Tallahassee, FL; brother, Allen Unkrich of Hartford, AL; brother and sister-in-law, Chuck and Sonya Unkrich of Mobile, AL; brother-in-law, Mark Hynes of Las Vegas, NV; several nephews and nieces, Christopher Wolfe of Pennsylvania, Jason Wolfe of Georgia, Cayce Crooms of Florida, Brance Unkrich of New York, Brooke Unkrich of Florida, Christa Allen of Florida, Candice Atkinson of Alabama, and Chaz Unkrich of Alabama and their families.

A service celebrating her life will be held at 10 am Wed, Jan 15, 2014, at Woodridge Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel, 138 Corley Mill Road, Lexington, SC, with Pastor Mark Bredholt officiating. Interment will follow in Woodridge Memorial Park. Expressions of sympathy may be left at www.woodridge-Lexington.com.
