Charles R. "Micky" Kilpatrick was taken away from us suddenly on February 9th, 2010 in his vacation home in St. Cloud Florida. He was the husband of, as he would put it, "the good lookin' lady", Dawn (Weiler) Kilpatrick. Born in Reading, Pa on October 20th, 1938, he was the son of the late Charles L. and Effie (Root) Kilpatrick. After graduating from Reading High School, he became a member of the U.S. Marine Corps. Later, he was employed by Firestone and then went on to own an amusement business in the community for many years. He was also a self employed tractor trailer driver. He retired from Macaronis Travel after driving a tour bus for many years. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He liked playing poker and making puzzles for people. He also enjoyed pestering people by telling stupid jokes that only he understood. He loved to tinker with his antique cars. He always enjoyed sharing a few beers with his family and friends. In addition to his wife he is survived by three children; Gregory of Fleetwood; Scott of Reading; and Kelly, wife of Jeff Graham of West Lawn. Also surviving are four grand children: Kristy, Jeffrey, and Taylor Graham and Ashley Babbitt. He was also survived by two great grandsons, Cameron and Ryan Graham. He was predeceased by three sisters, Doris, Arlene, and Jeannie. In honoring Micky's wishes there will not be any services. He was a very unique individual and walked to a beat only he knew. The family encourages any comments or stories about him to be posted online. These are the things that will help us find some comfort at this very difficult time. If you knew our father or only met him once, you have a story to tell. So please share. Arrangements under the direction of Fisk Funeral Home and Crematory, 1107 Massachusetts Avenue, St. Cloud, Fl. 34769 (407) 892-2155.
