ANTONE KIENE RITES

Funeral services for
Antone George Kiene, who died at his home in Olpe Saturday morning, were held at 9 o'clock Monday morning in St. Joseph's church. Rev. Father Felician celebrated the requiem high mass. Altar boys were Charles Bolz, Robert Weinman, Norman Schafer and Elmer Bolz of Olpe, and Joseph Treat, of Maydale. The senior choir sang the requiem high mass, and Fred Voests chanted the De Profundis. Miss Lillian Lubrecht was organist. The active pallbearers, all grandsons of Mr. Kiene, were William Trear, Jr., Anthony Trear, Harold Bolz, Leo Bolz, Francis Kiene and Donald Kiene. Honorary pallbearers were George Dieker, Peter Brown, William Redeker, Carl Kuhlman. Leo Miller and Bred Boest, Jr. Burial was in
St. Joseph's cemetery.
Out-of-town relatives and friends who attended the funeral were: Mr. and Mrs. Henry Kiene, Crawfordsville, Iowa; Mr. and Mrs. George Sojla, Keota, Iowa; Mr. and Mrs. Albert Kiene and family family, Reading; Mr. and Mrs. Frank Kiene and family, Emporia; Mr. and Mrs. William Trear and family, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Trear and family and Mr. and Mrs. Michael Weiman and daughter, Madison, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Retinger, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Abel, Miss
