Services are pending for Mrs. Myrtle Kiene, 1355 Garfield, long-time resident of Topeka, who died Saturday in the Masonic Home at Wichita. She was 86.
Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery in Topeka.
Mrs. Kiene was born Dec. 6, 1875 in Topeka. She was the widow of Guy Kiene, who died in 1934.
Mrs. Kiene was active in the Central Congregational Church and was a past worth matron of Silver Lake Order of Eastern Star .
She is survived by three sons, Edward A. Kiene, 3707 W. 29th Ter., Ralph Kiene, Mission, and Louis Kiene, Overland Park; four grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. L.B. Crow, Rossville.
Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home will announce arrangements.
