Elwin Keith Kibler, 56, of Washington, D. C., died on Friday Oct. 14, 2011
He was born on Sept. 26, 1955 in Luray and was a son of Wade Dearing and Patricia Rebecca Brown Kibler of Luray.
Mr. Kibler owned and operated Skyline Improverments. He was a 1975 graduate of Luray High School and attended the Luray United Methodist Church.
Surviving in addition to his parents are a daughter, Olivia Novel Kibler of Washington, D. C.; two brothers, Luther D. and Larry Wade Kibler, both of Luray and three sisters, Theresa Kibler DeMeza of Martinsburg, W. Va., Alisa Farrell of Inwood, W. Va. and April Wendle of Luray.
Burial will be in Beahm's Chapel Cemetery in Luray.
