Mrs. Bessie Ferguson, 84, of 409 S.W. Eleventh St., Fort Lauderdale, Fla., died at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Broward General Hospital in Fort Lauderdale.
She was born in Wampum Nov. 14, 1881, to Philip and Lena Marx Ketterer. Her husband, Charles Ferguson, died in 1953.
Mrs. Ferguson was a member of Bethany Presbyterian Church of Fort Lauderdale. She resided in Florida for the past 10 years. She had been making her home with a sister-in-law, Mrs. Edith Ketterer.
Surviving are two brothers, C.E. Ketterer of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and F.P. Ketterer of Sagamore Beach, Mass.
Friends will be received in Marshall Funeral Home, Wampum, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow. A service will be conducted in the funeral home at 2 p.m. Saturday by Rev. John Karnes of Wampum UP Church. Burial will be in Clinton cemetery.
