Mrs Annie Ketcham Bangs, widow of Arthur E Bangs of Dover Plains, died at her home Monday. Survived by a son, Andrew G Bangs, Dover Plains; two daughters, Mrs Elizabeth Leach, Poughkeepsie, and Mrs. Daniel Ferguson, Philadelphia; two brothers, George Ketcham, Dover, and Charles Ketcham, Poughkeepsie. Mrs Bangs was born at Saugerties in 1853, the daughter of Andrew J and Sarah Anderson Ketcham. Her father spent his youth near Poughkeepsie, but was later in the banking business at Saugerties. Prof. A.E. Bangs conducted the Dover Plains Academy many years ago.
