Mrs. John C. Ahern, 7909 Trillium Drive, Pleasure Ridge Park, died at 6:45 a.m. Monday at her home. She was 68. Mrs. Ahern was the former Maybelle Kennedy, and was a member of LaSalle Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Mrs. Anna Adcock, Mrs. Martin Scott, and Mrs. Charles J. Veeley; a son, Amos Brandenburg; two sisters, Mrs. Georgia Schroder and Mrs. E. F. Covert, Bloomington, Ind.; nine grandchildren, and a great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at Heady Funeral Home, 3601 Taylor Boulevard, at 1 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be at Louisville Memorial Gardens.
