"Dennis Kennedy, a grocer, of 913 East Capital Street, yesterday filed in the District Supreme Court a petition asking the court to legalize the adoption of Annie E. Raub, his stepdaughter.
Mr. Kennedy says in his petition that the little girl is the child of the late Samuel E. Raub and Emma I. Raub. The former Mrs. Raub is now Mrs. Kennedy, and desires to make the child is heir-at-law and to regard her as his own child."
