Fay Carl Kennedy, was called simply "Fay", by my father in his journal. He was my father's best friend in High School (South Rich). They were together for just about everything, and even enlisted into the Army Air Corp together, for World War II. While Dad left the service after the war, Fay stayed in, but Dad's journal doesn't have much about him after that.

In doing some research, I found a reference to his having been buried in Ogden, hence I searched the Ogden City Cemetary website, and found a map indicating the location of his grave. When I had the opportunity to visit his grave, I noted his wife, Jacqueline Gray (my Dad's cousin), is buried with him, and his son's grave is nearby. As you can see, Fay was also honored by the US Air Force with a military gravemarker for his service during World War II, and in Korea.
