MARY EHRHORN January 18, 1921 ~ May 6, 2004 A bright new star shines in the sky. born on January 18, 1921 passed away at home surrounded by family on May 6, 2004 in Alameda, CA. Mary was a first generation Croatian American and native of Oakland, CA. She graduated from Oakland Tech High School in 1938. She attended Heald's College in 1940 and received her business diploma. She worked at Stone's Boatyard in Alameda where she met her future husband, Jack. Their life together was spent raising children, working hard and, in later years, on traveling, especially in France. Survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Jack Ehrhorn and 4 children: son, Jim Ehrhorn and his wife, Gail; daughter, Terica Ehrhorn; son, Paul Ehrhorn; daughter, Lisa Duke and her husband, Scot and sister-in-law, Betty Kendall. Loving grandmother of Tony Ehrhorn, Tina Foley and her husband, Pete, Kevin Moore, Tanya Moore, Kenny Anderson and Amanda Duke. Also survived by 1 great grandson, Nicolas Ehrhorn and many loving nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend funeral services Monday, May 10, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. at the Greer Family Mortuary, 2694 Blanding Ave., Alameda. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Hayward.
