Nancy (Kemp) Facemyer, 80, of Oak Ridge, died at 8:45 pm Saturday, May 5, 1984 at the Clarion Osteopathic Community Hospital.
Born April 1, 1904 in Oak Rdge, Armstrong County, she was the daughter of John and Almira Weckerly Kemp.
On March 23, 1921 she married Albert E. Fasemeyer, who preceded her in death on March 4, 1982.
Mrs. Facemyer was a homemaker and belonged to the Oak Ridge United Methodist Church.
Survivors include: two sons, William E. Facemyer of Sharon and John R. Facemyer of Youngstown, Ohio; three daughters, Mrs. Arthur (Elizabeth) McKevitt of Sarasota, Florida, Mrs. Donald (Mary Lou) Culbertson of Knox and Mrs. Kenneth (Marjorie) Wells of Oak Ridge; one brother, Samuel Kemp of Indiana; one sister, Mrs. Oliver E (Mary Jane) Williams of Tampa, Florida; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents and husband, were an infant daughter, Grace Louise Facemyer; one sister, Dorothy Sample and two brothers, Charles and John Kemp.
Funeral services were held at 11 am May 9, Wednesday at the Charles D. Alcorn Funeral Home, Hawthorn, with Rev. Mark A. Stewart, pastor of the Oak Ridge United Methodist Church, officiating.
Interment followed in the family plot in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Beautiful Lookout, Armstrong County.
