Ocy Betty Kelly, 70, of Portage, Wis., formerly of Monroeville, died Saturday in Wyocena, Wis. The Van Wert, Ohio, native was a homemaker. Her husband, William G., died in 1967. Surviving are a son, William M. of Portage, and a brother Gerald Murray of Monroeville. Services at 1 p.m. tomorrow in Marquart & Jacobs Funeral Home, Monroeville, with calling two hours before. Burial will be in Monroeville Memorial Cemetery.
