Claggett-Irvine Clan Member Passes Away
Minnie Irene Kelley Gorley, a pioneer of Oregon passed away in Troutdale November 20 at the age of 74. Mrs. Gorley was born in Powell Valley where Gresham is now located. She was a member of the Claggett-Irvine clan. Surviving relatives are a son Harold and a nephew C. C. Roberts both of Portland, a niece Mrs. Pearl Paddock of Seattle, a cousin Mrs. Elizabeth McKinney of Pleasant Home, and a number of other relatives in Oregon.
Services will be held today, November 25, at the chapel of the Bruning Mission Mortuary in Portland at 1:30 p.m. Interment will be in Lone Fir cemetery.
