Margie E. (Kelley) Durham of Omak, WA was born January 5, 1931 at Sedro Wooley, WA to Fred V. (Nickolia Kalinov) Kelley and Ethel (Dodge) Kelley, passed away at Okanogan, WA, July 26,2005.
She was raised at Twisp, WA on the family farm and attended Beaver Creek School south of Twisp. She enjoyed hunting, fishing, crocheting, family and her sons, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Chelan Eagles.
She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Wayne Durham. They were married in Covington, WA on December 18, 1971; brothers, Dan Kelley of Omak and Harley Kelley of Seattle, WA; sisters, Laurie Suttle of Kent, WA and Mary Powell of Kent, WA; two sons, Gary McConnell of Twisp, WA and Ed McConnell of Veradale, WA; step-children, Debbie Wyman of Kent, WA, Steve Durham, Wayne Durham and Susan Durham of the Seattle and Tacoma Washington area; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Lance McConnell; brothers, Fred Kelley of Bellevue, WA and Bruce (Kelley) Nutter of Warren, OH; and sister, Eleanor (Moore) Kelley of Anahiem, CA.
A loving wife and mother she will always be remembered in the hearts of her family. Margie was married to E. Dale McConnell of Twisp, WA from 1948 through 1964.
A graveside service was be held at Omak Memorial Cemetery on Friday, July 29, 2005 at 2 p.m.
