She was born Feb. 3, 1906, in Edmundton, New Brunswick, the daughter of Noel and Judith (Solace) Bernard.
Mrs. Kelley had been a homemaker for most of her life.
She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Stillman Kelley; a son, Harold Bernard; and sisters and brothers.
She is survived by two sons, Gerald "Jerry" Kelley and wife, Carole, of Winslow, with whom she used to live, and Gene Cashman of Manitoba, Canada; a daughter, Arlene Spitzer and husband, Charles of Xenia, Ohio; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
