MIDDLEBORO, MASS. – Agnes K. "Gram" (Kelleher) Co-Wallis, aged 85 years, longtime resident of Middleboro, died on Sunday, October 20, 2013, at home, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Gerald Owen Co-Wallis Sr., who predeceased her in July of 1990. Born in Bangor, September 7, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Norma (McMinn) Kelleher. Gram, as she was known, was the Principle of the Peanut Gallery day care on Rice Street in Middleboro, for 35 years.

She is survived by a son, Gerald Jr. and his wife, Georgeinna Co-Wallis of Halifax; three daughters, Hally Ferreira, Sharon and her husband, Raymond Stafford, all of Middleboro, Joella Co-Wallis of West Yarmouth, 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, life-long friend, Betty Ambrose of Middleboro, many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

She was the mother of the late Norma Simmons-DesRoche, who predeceased her earlier this year.

Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery, Middleboro. (Bangor Daily News 10/28/2013)
