Mrs. Bankston, 86, Succumbs In Shreveport
Mrs. Jennie Kees Bankston, 86, of Georgetown, died Wednesday, July 19, 1972 at
11:50 a.m. in Shreveport.
She is survived by two stepsons, Hershel Bankston and W. L. Bankston, both of
San Angelo, Texas; one brother, Isham Kees of Georgetown; two sisters, Mrs. H.
W. Rogers of Mansfield and Mrs. Ernest Scott of Pollock; and 19 nieces and
nephews.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Thursday in Georgetown Baptist Church.
Burial was in Friendship Cemetery at Pollock.
