DR. LEVINS J. KEELER,member of the late Nineteenth Illinois Infantry Volunteers, and subsequently Surgeon of Col. Lou Watkins' brigade of cavalry, Fourteenth Army Corps, was buried yesterday from Meissner's Hall, headquarters of Whittier Post Grand Army of the Republic, under the supervision of the members of the post, assisted by members of the late Nineteenth Illinois. The remains were taken to Rosehill Cemetery and buried with all the ceremonies pertaining to the ritual of the Order Meissner's Hall, the headquarters of the post, although large, was too small to contain his comrades and friends. Col. A. W. Raffen, John Stephens, James Stewart, Lieut. Ed A. Filkins, Joseph Skipsey, Jacob Bowles, John C. McCarthy, and James McKeeby, of the late Nineteenth, acted as pall-bearers.
