Carrie E. Bower, Williamsport, Rt.2, died at the Williamsport Sanitorium Sunday evening, age 85 years.
Born in Shippensburg, Pa., the daughter of the late Edward and Frances (Shillito) Keefer.
She was a member of St. Paul's E.U.B. Church, degree of Pocohontas, Auxiliary of Sons of Union Veterans and the Byron Schley Post Spanish American War Veterans.
She was the mother of the late W. Keefer Bower.
Surviving are: sister, Mrs. Della Schroder, Hagerstown; and granddaughter, Miss Joan Bower, Williamsport Rt.2.

Funeral services will be held at the Minnich Funeral Home Wednesday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Dr. Lester M. Kauffman officiating. Interment in Rose Hill Cemetery.
