Cherished father of Carol, Janet (Jeffrey Bloom), the late Kathleen (Richard Koziel), Cherished grandfather of Jennifer Koziel , Brian (Heather) Koziel and Jeffrey Koziel, beloved brother of Rosemary Kegl and dear uncle and cousin. Preceded in death by his parents Andrew R. Sr. and Antonia; special thank you to his caregivers Katarzyna, Valentyna, Ulyana. Visitation Monday, March 7, 2016 from 10 a.m. until time of chapel service at 12:00 Noon at Mount Auburn Funeral Home, 4101 S. Oak Park Avenue, Stickney, IL. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
