Age 40, Andrew passed away February 9, 2010 in Point Mugu, CA. He was a Master Chief (AFCM) in the U.S. Navy and served his country for 22 ½ years.
He is survived by his wife; two step-daughters; parents; brother and two sisters; four nephews, one niece, aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
Andy is predeceased by his first wife Mary, he always felt he was blessed with two loves of his life, his grandparents Claude and Caroline Cook, and William and Goldie Kaloz Sr.
Andy died from a heart attack.
