Thomas R. Justice, 88, of rural Bath, died at 10:15 am Wednesday, October 29 in St. John's Hospital, Springfield.
Services were held Friday in the Hurley Funeral Home, Havana. The Rev. Raymond Yow officiated. Burial was in the Kilbourne Cemetery.

Born September 20, 1898 in Kentucky, he was the son of John and Nancy E. Rayborn Justice. He married Addie Johnson April 23, 1923, in Havana. She died May 25, 1976.
Surviving are one son, Lyle of Bath; two grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and two sisters, Paralee Allen of Petersburg and Dorothy Sinclair of Fresno, California.
Mr. Justice worked in the shipping department at Caterpillar Tractor Co., Morton plant, retiring in 1962.
