Mrs. Agnes Jurek, 79, of Rosenberg, died at her home Tuesday. She was born in 1891 at Czechoslovakia and moved to Fort Bend County in 1907.

Survivors include daughters, Mrs. Mary Mikulencak of Rosenberg, Mrs. Lucy Abschneider of Arcadia, Mrs. Helen Abschneider of Alvin, and Mrs. Martha Klinger of Pennsylvania; sons, Alfred, Leonard, Louis, and Raymond, all of Rosenberg, Ladgie of Orchard, and Steve of Gatesville; sisters, Mrs. Theresia Hurzk of Wallis and Mrs. Rosie Supak of Ellinger; brothers, Cyril Jetelina of Wallis and Mike Jetelina of Lane City; 16 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday from the Triska Chapel in Rosenberg. Funeral services will be held at 9:45 a.m. Thursday followed by Mass at 10:00 a.m. from the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, with Rt. Rev. Msgr. J.J. Tydlacka officiating.
