Virginia V. Cope, 49, died Jan. 17,2007 at Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart. She was born in Wiesbaden, Germany and lived in Port St. Lucie for 30 years, coming from Nebraska.
She was a lab technician for the City of Port St. Lucie for 1½ years.
Survivors include her son, George Emmert of Port St. Lucie; mother, Adelheid Junkins of Port St. Lucie; brothers, Joe Junkins of Miami, Richard Junkins of Omaha, NE and Douglas Junkins of Port St. Lucie; and sister, Victoria LaFleur of Port St. Lucie.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Junkins, in 1989.
SERVICES: A service will be at 4 p.m. Jan. 22 at Aycock Funeral Home, Port St. Lucie.
