C. DeMont Judd, Jr., a loving father and husband, had a glorious reunion with his Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, his father, mother, four sisters, son, daughter-in-law, grandson, the countless for whom he officiated during his many years of service in the Salt Lake and Ogden Temples, and hundreds he taught as a full time missionary.

DeMont served his country as a soldier in the Korean War. He served his state as a State Representative for twelve years. Other service he did with little or no recognition: six years as a Deputy District Attorney, many years as a Spanish speaking appointed attorney for the under-served in the First and Second District Courts of Utah. He made very little money as a lawyer, but his help to the poor and needy will be his legacy to his family.

DeMont was married to and survived by the most wonderful and marvelous woman in the world, Ramona. She was the love of his life, gave him nine children, eight of whom survive him. His son J.D., did not survive his birth. He is survived by RoseMarie (Sam), Ramona Michelle (Hugh), Jefferson DeMont, Sr. (Melanie), Jennifer Caye (David), Spencer Mark, Sr. (Jill), Christopher Jourdan (Kimberly), C. DeMont, III "Monte" (Amy), Rodney Scott (LaDawn), Juan Carlos Martin, Luis Angel Prendes, thirty-two grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren. These he loved and tried to prepare to be "proved herewith".

DeMont served fifteen years as a set apart missionary; two 1/2 years in the Spanish American Mission, Stake Mission President, and as Director of Public Affairs for the country of Spain with Ramona, and also a Public Affairs mission for South America. He served as a Counselor to two Bishops, on a Stake High Council for ten years, many years as a Group Leader and Assistant Group Leader. He taught many hundreds of couples in "Project Temple". He discovered very early in life that service is the greatest method of giving back to the Lord.
