Armella A. Seyller, 83, of Pingree Grove passed away Monday, March 9, 2009 at Provena St. Joseph Hospital in Elgin.
She was born January 28, 1926 in Pingree Grove the daughter of John and Amanda (Deininger) Jowaski. On September 16, 1949 in Elgin she married Harold B. Seyller. Mrs. Seyller was employed by David Cook Publishing in Elgin, as a book binder, for many years. She loved to garden and work in the yard. She especially loved family get togethers and will be deeply missed by her family.
Survivors include her sons, Terry (Janet) Seyller and Thomas (Phyllis) Seyller; four grandchildren, Kevin (Jenny) Seyller, Stephanie (Brian) Thompson, Todd Seyller and Samuel Seyller; five great-grandchildren, Austin and Mason Seyller and Carolyn, Jimmy and Lizzie Thompson; a sister, Rosemary Hyle and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harold on October 12, 1971; a sister, Anne Stark; a brother, John W. Jowaski; and a daughter-in-law, Brenda Seyller.
Visitation will be held Thursday, March 12, 2009 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Fredrick Funeral Home, 284 Park St., Hampshire. The Funeral Service will be at 11:00 AM Friday, at the Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Pollack officiating. Burial will be in Washington-McQueen Cemetery in Elgin.
