Antoinette "Babe" Tyhonas McDonough Jordan, 74, of Newark, Del., formerly of Granville, died Sunday, Sept. 1, 2002. She was born March 31, 1928, in Brownsville, a daughter of the late Joseph and Julia Peaz Tyhonas. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jordan was preceded in death by her first husband, Marshall McDonough, her second husband, Harold Jordan; and four brothers, Pete, John, Samuel, and Steve Tyhonas.
Family will receive friends in the MARISCOTTI FUNERAL HOME INC., Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, 323 Fourth St., California, Pa., on Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2002, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and until 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, when a blessing service will be held followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Thomas Aquinas Church with the Rev. Mark Skertich as celebrant. Interment will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
