Rebecca Buchanan Jordan was the daughter of Leander and Margaret Ann (Pritchett) Jordan. She married James Newton Armstrong, the son of Henry Clay and Julia Ann (Holland) Armstrong, on August 31, 1892 in Vincennes, Knox County, Indiana and he preceded her in death on August 29, 1937.
