(Veteran) Private William Jordan enlisted from Providence, and was mustered into Company D, October 31st, 1864. He was by occupation a laborer, and was eighteen years of age. The exposure of military life impaired his health, and he died in hospital at Baltimore, February 10th, 1865. He was buried at Baltimore.
