Mrs. Mary Hampton Services Sunday
Funeral services for Mrs. Mary E. Hampton, 76, will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Hampton died Thursday at 4 p.m. at her home, 1601 Beech Street SE.
The Rev. Jimmy K. Rodgers and the Rev. O.B. Sansberry, Ensley, will conduct the service. Interment in City Cemetery is to be directed by Brown. Remains will be at Brown Funeral Home until time for the service.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Maggie Woods, Decatur; Mrs. Avis Birdshaw, Detroit, Mich; four sons, Homer, Addison 1; Roy, Flint,Mich; Ervin, New Orleans; Olen, Westaco, Texas; 20 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Grandsons will be pallbearers.
