WABASH--Elwanda Jefferson, 77, 1486 Glenn Ave., died at 1:15 p.m. Saturday, March 15, 2003, at Miller's Merry Manor East.
She was born on Nov. 20, 1925, in Paulding, Ohio, to Charles and Luella (Evans) Jones. She married David O. Jefferson on April 25, 1953. He died on Dec. 20, 2000.
She was a factory worker and a member of the A.M.E. Methodist Church.
Surviving is a grandson, Brandon Jefferson, Wabash. A son is deceased.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Falls Cemetery. Pastor David Phillips will officiate. There are no calling hours. The McDonald Funeral Home Eddingfield Chapel is handling arrangements.
