Only son of Hurshel Robert and Elsie Strickland Jones, husband of Norma Lee Fowler Jones, Diana B. Jones, & Virginia R. Jones. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Bob managed rental homes for returning WWII soldiers in Carlsbad, N.M. and was a Mutual Fund salesman in the 1950s. He became a VP for Financial Industrial Fund and moved his family to Fort Worth, TX in 1959. He retired in mutual fund sales in 1985. Father of five children Pam, Cameo, Jan, Bob and Pidge, grandfather to eight, great-grandfather of three.
