She was a native of Norfolk and a member of Harvest Assembly of God. She was actively involved in the church as a member of the choir and the prayer ministry.
She is survived by her husband, Rene J. Dubuc; three daughters, Faith Blanton of Covington, La., Michelle Lavender of Wilson, N.C., Aimee Biggers of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Suzanne Rogers of Norfolk, Shirley Etheridge of Chesapeake; brother, Alex Jones of Virginia Beach; and four grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday by the Rev. David Addesa in Harvest Assembly of God, 525 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake. Burial is in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, today from 7 to 8 p.m.
