Chelsey Jones, 84, of Newport, passed away November 11, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Hospice Center in Ft. Thomas. He was born August 22, 1928 in Hyden, KY.

He was a retired factory worker and an Army Veteran.

He was preceded in death by his sister Ruth Asher.

Chelsey is survived by
his daughter, Patricia Closson of Dayton, KY;
brothers, Jonny Jones of Hyden, KY and Gearvise Jones of Miami, FL;
6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Funeral service at Dobbling, Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, 241 Fairfield Ave., Bellevue, KY. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery in Southgate, Kentucky.
