Funeral services for Ned Jones will be held Friday, Feb. 26, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Antioch Baptist Church in Dixie Inn. Officiating will be the Rev. Danny Warbington, assisted by the Rev. Malcolm Self. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory in Minden.
Family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m. today, February 25, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home.
Ned was born April 26, 1936 in Minden and entered into rest Feb. 24, 2010 in Arcadia.
She is survived by her husband, Homer Jones of Minden; children, Sharon Alford and husband, Glen of Ruston, Mike Jones and wife, Lisa of Ivan and Susan Graham and husband, Royce of Arcadia; brother Elbert (Sonny) Stinson of Ruston; and two grandchildren, Corey Jones of Boyd, Texas and Jared Carter of Ruston.
Pallbearers will be Terry Sanders, Sr., Terry Sanders, Jr., Mel Smith, Don Smith, Jr., Gary Carter and Bruce Carter.
