Funeral services for Homer Sidney Jolliff, 86, Peoria, IL, will be Tuesday in the Rose Chapel, Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, West Plains, with the Rev. Bill Bales officiating. Mr. Jolliff died Aug. 1, 1987, at his son's home in Peoria Heights, IL. He was born Feb. 15, 1901, at Rover, MO the son of the late George Washington and Lilly Mae Moore Jolliff.
He received his education in the Jolliff school at Rover, and was married to Agnes Davis.
He was of the Pentecostal faith.
Survivors include his wife, Agnes Jolliff, Peoria, IL; nine children, Len Jolliff, Valley Park, MO; Stan Jolliff, Germantown, IL; Reba Jolliff, Peoria, IL; Eula Harrell, Metamore, IL; Dwain Jolliff, Fenton, MO; Ed Jolliff, Chesterfield, MO; Bob Jolliff, Peoria Heights, IL; Phyllis Jolliff, Peoria, IL; and Edna Runnells, Peoria Heights, IL; 37 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Gene Jolliff, West Plains, MO and Everett Jolliff, Marquette Heights, IL; two sisters, Clara Mustion, state of Oregon, and Evelyn Bay, state of Washington; and several nieces and nephews.
His parents, two sons and several brothers and sisters preceded him in death.
Burial will be in Jolliff Cemetery under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, West Plains.
