She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Benedick. She is survived by two children, Sandra Harrison and Fred Benedick; one brother, Don Joiner; and other relatives. The family will receive friends from 12:30 P.M. until the 2 P.M. funeral service on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at Dauphin Way Baptist Church. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
