merchant of Charleston, S. C.
She was an example of all that is
lovely in the female character
discharging her duties. A child,
a wife, mother, and a member of Society.
A cheerfulness, zeal, and assiduity which
could only spring from a sincere heart
full of religeous obligation. She was a
Christian, diligent, devout, humble,
through life, triumphant in death. Her
bereft husband pray this humble tribute
to her memory.
