Agnes L. Arnold, 92, of Greeley, passed away May 7, 2012.
Agnes was born September 5, 1919 in Loveland to Lilly M. (Molander) and John E. Johnson. She grew up in the Loveland area and attended schools in Johnstown, graduating from Johnstown High School. Agnes was united in marriage to Lawrence Arnold in 1944. She was a medical receptionist for several doctor's offices, the USDA and Denver Dry as well as Northern Colorado Medical Center. She enjoyed bowling, spending time with family and friends and extensive traveling with her brother Charles. Agnes was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Loveland.
Agnes is survived by her son Dennis Arnold and his wife Loy of Greeley; brothers: Charles M. Johnson and Theodore L. Johnson and his wife Joan all of Greeley; sister: Shirley Hoven of Parker, CO; grandchildren: Travis and Tyler Arnold of Greeley and great grandchildren: Allen and Alex Arnold of Greeley.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and brothers Milford and Wilbur Johnson.
A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Saturday with the funeral following at 1:00 p.m. at Allnutt Macy Chapel. Interment will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
